About the Project

Before completing this form, make sure you have

  • contacted the Supervisor and discussed the project and your suitability
  • read the Guide for Applicants, normally available at the Victoria University website, or from the Supervisor directly

The Guide to Applicants will include all detials of the scholarship including any special conditions relating to it.

Word Limits

Note that a number of questions have word limits, which Smartygrants will not let you exceed.

Only complete applications will be considered. Complete applications require:

  • English language proficiency evidence (as appropriate)
  • Academic transcripts & degree qualification certificates
  • Research proposal
  • Current CV
  • Referee reports (submitted separately by your referees through SmartyGrants at https://vu.smartygrants.com.au/referee)

We urge you to contact your referees early in the process in order to have your referee submit your referee reports confidentially via SmartGrants by the closing date. (You can start your application while your referee does this).
